1. Note it
Say what you want to keep, or type it.
2. Ask
Phrase the question just as you would ask a person. The text stays in the box, so you can add details and search again without retyping everything.
3. Verify
Read or hear the answer, open the original note, and move it to trash with confirmation if you need to.
4. Trash
Deleted notes stay recoverable for 15 days: restore them from Settings, or they are permanently removed automatically.

Transparency before automation
ANNODO uses AI to transcribe and retrieve your notes, not to invent facts about you. Audio is used for transcription and is not intentionally retained after processing. You can export or delete your account from Settings.
Frequently asked questions
Is ANNODO a voice recorder?
It does more: it transcribes, indexes, and lets you retrieve a note with a natural question.
Do I need folders or tags?
No. Capture immediately; semantic search retrieves notes by meaning.
Is it free?
Yes: after 90 full trial days you stay on the free plan with up to 100 active notes and monthly caps on Ask and voice. Subscription is optional.
Can I download my notes?
Yes. In Settings → Export / import you can download JSON (backup/restore), CSV, or PDF, and re-import an ANNODO JSON export.
Can I refine a search without rewriting the question?
Yes. In Search mode the question stays in the box: add details and send it again.
Can I delete a note found by search?
Yes. Open the full note from the date under the answer, tap the trash icon, and confirm: it goes to trash for 15 days, where you can restore it. If you do not restore it, it is permanently deleted.
Can it make up an answer?
ANNODO is designed to answer only from retrieved notes. Without useful evidence, it says the note is not there.
Can I use it without speaking?
Yes. Saving, asking, and reading answers all work as text.
Does it support multiple languages?
Yes: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese.
